Passion, diligence, dedication, the way forward through perseverance remain to stay instilled into the core values of this firm.After Nirmal Singh & Sons and Arjan Singh & Sons the firm was transformed into High Tech Construction in 1998.This company touched new heights, executing diverse projects, keeping the legacy and history of the firm alive, in meritorious ways through great quality work. Later, the company got converted to a partnership firm and got renamed as HTC Buildcon, with the initials of the former name, HTC, preceding and proceeding in the current name of the firm.

Shri Nirmal Singh ji

Over seven decades of perfection, excellence through sustained efforts, vision, values, a capacity to execute projects of any magnitude, the company has a history that dates back to the year 1951, when it was founded and started by Shri Nirmal Singh, eldest son amongst the four sons of Shri Sardar Inder Singh. Nirmal Singh was a great visionary and a man of principles whose work enshrines in the contributions made towards infrastructure in the state of Delhi. This firm was joined later by his son Shri Arjan Singh in the early sixties. With the hard work and dedication of the duo, the company soon became the most trusted name in terms of quality construction work in the city. After a few years Nirmal Singh & Co. got transformed into Arjan Singh company and later Arjan Singh & sons.

Shri Arjan Singh Ji

Having acquired a plethora of knowledge from his father Shri Arjan Singh created many milestones fostering hallmarks for the company. The Emergency block and all allied buildings of Willingdon Hospital in 1964, nine higher secondary schools in the state of Delhi, structure work for Asiad '72, and many other diverse projects are also in the company's rich work portfolio. In 1980, Arjan Singh & Sons obtained the coveted contract by the Govt. of India wherein the assembly and elevation of famous Dandi March Statue along with initiating amelioration around the very project site was carried out in Mother Teresa Crescent Marg in the heart of the capital city. This work proudly graced the Indian 500 rupee currency note. The company completed numerous prestigious projects with DDA (Delhi Development Authority) in a period spanning over 20 years from 1978 to 2000 making them the epitome of quality and trust in the construction world. In 1984, the firm was joined by Shri Arjan Singh’s three sons as partners, wherein the youngest son Shri Inderjeet Singh as managing partner, became a live instance of a complete young generation with new enthusiasm, following the footsteps of  his father and grandfather, with lots of prestigious work wrapped up in his feature cap.

Shri Inderjeet Singh Makkar

Inderjeet is an individual with versatile talents having over 30 years of experience in the construction landscape. An alumni of Delhi University, he has practical knowledge of the craft as well as crucial know-how. He spearheaded and successfully completed many of the earliest and prestigious projects of the company. He was the driving force in the former companies and played the same role in High Tech as well. Passing his experiential knowledge to the younger generation of the family while creating new legacies, he continues to create world-class standards in construction. 

In 1998, the firm was transformed into High Tech Construction, with Shri Inderjeet Singh as the proprietor. This company touched new heights, executing diverse projects, keeping the legacy and history of the firm alive, as well as adding honour and glory to the family name.Later this firm was converted into partnership concern HTC Buildcon.

Ms. Hardeep Kaur Makkar

Hardeep is an individual with versatile talents in design and architecture, bringing in more than 2 decades of rich experience of her expertise to the company. She played an  instrumental role in sustaining the legacy of the old company while successfully merging it with the new. Her indispensable contribution towards the firm and her ability to remain the enduring pillar through complex circumstances has proved to be highly commendable. An alumnus of St. Mary’s High School, TU State University, Ktm and University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, she also obtained an opportunity for her outstanding skills in Interior Designing having received appreciation and certification from Internationally acclaimed institutions ICS and GSA. She is a committed individual, her sleeves rolled up to run the gauntlet of any unforeseen challenges.She firmly believes in pursuing any endeavour she undertakes with perseverance and dedication.

Ms.Tejal Kaur Makkar

Following the footsteps of the founders, Tejal is the fourth generation of the family bringing new-age expertise to the firm. She holds a degree in International Business from the University of Kent, United Kingdom. Tejal has experience in varied fields including marketing and education. She also served as Head of Marketing in MyStreets, a social enterprise based in UK for which she also was one of the founding members. She is equipped with excellent business and marketing knowledge and is a curious learner .
