These massive black sculptures commemorating historically significant Dandi March, led by Mahatma Gandhi, continue to stand tall amidst the heart of Delhi city!We obtained the esteemed contract by the Government of India to put up this Martyr’s memorial.We herein, established and elevated this famous “Gyarah Murti” also known as the Dandi March/Salt March, sculpted beautifully by talented Bengali sculptor,Devi Prasad Roy Chowdhary, at the junction of Sardar Patel Marg and Willingdon Crescent in New Delhi.We also initiated amelioration around this very project site.

This work proudly graced the Indian rupee INR 500 rupee currency note for several years!

Renovation work at Vigyan Bhawan executed prior to the then upcoming United Nations Industrial Developement Organisation (UNIDO) conference.This project included all the interiors of Vigyan Bhawan, including VIP lounge, the exterior of this building, its beautiful stone columns, fence lines et al.

A hospital project hit our stride.We were awarded this esteemed hospital project by the government of India wherein we constructed Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, in Hari Nagar, named after the prominent personality, Shri Deen Dayal Upadhyay, an Indian leader of political party-Bhartiya Jana Sangh(BJS) and the forerunner of Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP).

This grey-hued resplendent housing complex,consisting of **204 flats at sector 56 in Gurgaon,were built by us** for Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization(CGEWHO).This wonderful project was awarded by the government of India,wherein we constructed these flats along with 2 community centres at this site. At present these flats are home to numerous families of government employees.

This solid grey-hued **splendid housing complex in Sector-82,Noida,consisting of 224 flats/houses was built by us** for Central Government’s Employees Welfare Housing Organisation(C.G.E.W.H.O) and is another up the line that received great appreciation by Ministry of Urban Housing,crediting to our excellent planning,meticulous,superb quality work and handing over completed complex at the stipulated time.This wonderful project,offered to us by the government of India,wherein we not only built the whole housing complex,but also covered the exterior horticulture,roads et al.At present families of government employees reside herein the numerous flats/houses.

Circa ‘94-‘97 found us wrapping up diverse Residential Housing Projects at numerous sectors in Dwarka,situated near Western edge of New Delhi,and Rohini, North-West part of Delhi.The grit-wash-exteriored multistoreyed buildings stand strong,speaking volumes of our quality work,in contempory Dwarka sector-19,sector-22,sector-23 and Rohini sector-16,consisting of 228 number of SFS(Self finance scheme),136 number of SFS,and 411 MIG(middle income groups) flats/houses respectively and some 992 number of flats/houses for economically weaker section(EWS) in Rohini .These projects were awarded by Delhi Development Authority(DDA).We undertook construction of not only all buildings in these areas to make them residential colonies,but also built pedestrian,colony pathways and roads herein as well.

Not just beauty of the building, it is the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time!
These are pictures of houses at Vasant Kunj that have proven the above fact. 256 numbers of SFS houses at sec-D-1, 350 SFS houses at sec-A,pocket-A, and yet another set of 80 SFS houses at sec-D-7, along with 96 SFS flats of cat-V & again 96 SFS flats of cat-III, are not to be amissed among the solid houses built by us between the years 1984 to 1992,along with the colony roads and all other basic services for these colonies.

Such stand the red-hued beautiful Kendriya Vihar buildings of its Housing Complex we constructed in Panchkula,sector-14.The site plans and design of this project of ours was featured in @architectanddesign ‘Architecture + design ‘ magazine’s September issue,1997 as one of the most prominent construction projects having spectacular architectural design.

We constructed this Institutional Building wherein this beautiful glass structure was created, for Dalmia Foundation of Medical Research at Siri Fort Institutional Area. Along with this, we also undertook Construction of **Workstation & Interior work at F block for Jain TV Media House at Vasant Vihar** New Delhi.
